Rental Agreement
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• By signing, customer of Scopo Rentals, accepts and agrees to the rental Terms and Conditions of this rental agreement.
OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY
• Scopo Rentals rental equipment will, at all times, remain the property of Scopo Rentals
COMMENCEMENT OF RENTAL PERIOD
• Rental period is based on utilization. For billing, see billing period section below. Deposit may be required to begin. TRANSPORTING OF EQUIPMENT
• The Customer will be responsible for all transportation and freight charges which may be part of the rental agreement. CUSTOMER LIABILITY
• Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to Scopo Rentals equipment which occurs during the rental of said equipment. • All costs for repairs made to damaged equipment will be charged to the Customer.
• Rental equipment lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair will be billed to the Customer at the current replacement prices. • The Customer will be responsible for returning all equipment in proper working order, clean of any debris, fluids, products, or Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM).
• The Customer will be charged for disposal costs and time necessary to remove and clean residual material from equipment.
HOLD HARMLESS POLICY
• The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Scopo Rentals harmless from any, and all damages or losses, by Customer or their Agent, which may result from rental, usage, or transportation of rental equipment.
MODIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT
• The Customer is strictly prohibited from by-passing any safety devices or making any modifications to equipment.
BILLING PERIOD
• Billing period is based on usage dates. Usage dates are to be reported by the fifth (5th) day of the following month. Billing period is subject to change based on agreement between Scopo Rentals and Customer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
• All billed rental charges will be due and payable (7) days following the invoice date.
